According to WebMD and others, Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain in runners, eventually affecting 10 percent of the running community.
I thought I’d let this email communication between myself and my client serve as an example of how homeopathy works!
C.H.: Good results here! Heel pain reduced after 3 doses. I had my 9th dose this am. But (I think) the true test will be how I feel after working 2, 3 days in a row standing on concrete floor 7.5 hrs a day. I’ll let you know how I’m feeling Friday morning but I’m optimistic!
C.H.: So yesterday morning when I took my first steps upon rolling out of bed (when p/f pain is usually at it’s worst)I had almost NO PAIN! A little soreness, that’s all. And this after being on my feet the whole previous day!! This am I had a little more discomfort when I took my first steps, but then it went completely away!
C.H.: P/F pain very, very LOW yesterday morning and this am!! Should I keep dosing?
S.A.: You could stop dosing now and see how you feel. It will remain in your system for a while. If it gets worse again or doesn’t continue to get better day by day, take another dose. Then wait and watch. Take further doses only when needed. If it doesn’t completely get better in another 10 days or so, I can send you a higher potency which might just finish it off. Keep in touch!
